How to inflate and pack it
Unroll the pad and open the inflation valve. Put your foot on the built-in pump and press until it feels right — firmer if you sleep on your side, softer if you sleep on your back. Close the valve.
To pack it down, open the deflation valve, fold the pad in three lengthwise, then roll from the closed end and push the air out as you go.

Returns. Sleep on it for 30 nights — on a real trip, not just in the living room. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund. No "unused condition" fine print: a pad you've actually slept on is exactly what we expect back.

Quiet satin finish
Take the pad out of the sack and open the inflation valve. It unrolls flat on its own.
Put your foot on the built-in pump and press. Firmer if you sleep on your side, softer if you sleep on your back.
Close the valve. No pump sack to pack, nothing to lose in the dark.
A honeycomb of air cells and a built-in pillow keep your back straight and your hips off the ground. Four inches of air between you and the rocks, with an R-value of 4 for every season.

Take it on a real trip, not a living-room test. If the AirFlex isn't the most comfortable night you've had outside, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — and the pump is covered for 2 years either way.
How firm does it get?
As firm as you want. The foot pump gives you fine control, so you can stop when it feels right instead of when your lungs give out. Side sleepers usually go firmer, back sleepers softer.
Will it hold air all night?
Yes. The shell is two layers of TPU instead of the single layer most pads use, and the valves seal separately for inflation and deflation. You should not need to top it up before morning.
Is it noisy?
No. Most inflatable pads have a glossy shell that crackles every time you shift. Ours has a satin finish, which is the whole reason we asked the factory for it.
How long does shipping take?
Your order is dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and arrives in 3 to 8 business days depending on your location, shipping included. You get a tracking number as soon as the pad leaves the warehouse.
Is the AirFlex the same as pads that look similar?
No. The AirFlex was designed and specced by our team in France — materials, pump, ergonomics and durability all went through our own testing before production. Lookalikes skip that part.
Is it really waterproof?
Completely — including the underside. You can set it on wet grass or float it on a lake. TPU coating on both faces, welded seams.
Can I use it in winter?
Yes. With an R-value of 4, the AirFlex insulates for all four seasons, including frozen ground.
What's the warranty?
The pump — the part that does the work — is covered for 2 years, and the pad structure for a full year. If something goes wrong, our support sorts it out — that's what they're for.
What if it isn't right for me?
Send it back within 30 days and we refund you in full. Sleep on it first — that is the only way to know.
